Payment Methods
Payment is made before or upon delivery of your order and can be done in one of the following ways.
Card/IRIS Payment
You can pay for your transaction using a credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Diners, Discover) or the IRIS method when completing your order in the Muses Jewellery shopping cart. All payments made using a card are processed through the electronic payment platform “Worldline Greece Payment Institution Single Member S.A.”, a 3D Secure channel fully compliant with PSD2 protocols, and uses TLS 1.2 encryption with a 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a method of encoding information until it reaches its designated recipient, who can then decode it using the appropriate key.
Cash on Delivery
The cash on delivery payment method is available for all purchases up to €500, upon delivery of the products, with a charge of €3.
Bank Deposit – Bank Transfer
You can make a deposit to the company’s bank account. It is essential to attach the payment deposit receipt from the bank to the following email: info@musesjewellery.gr and include your order number and the name under which the order was placed, for immediate processing and dispatch of your order.
In case of a bank transfer from another bank, the customer is responsible for any additional transfer costs.
If a deposit receipt is not sent or if the said deposit is not confirmed by the accounting department within 5 business days, the order will be canceled without prior notice.
